Delivery Rates and Policies

We offer same-day delivery for orders placed

Monday to Saturday.

For our standard delivery rates we need to have a 3-4 hour window of time that someone will be home to accept the delivery. If you want your order to be rushed or delivered at a specific time, it's best to call the shop and arrange your order over the phone.

All orders received on Saturdays after 10 am local time and Sundays will be shipped on the following Monday unless a different day is requested. Pick up option is available any day of the week.

We do not do Sunday deliveries. However, if you have a very, very special order to go out on a Sunday, we may be able to accommodate so please give us a call. 

Statutory Holidays

We are closed the following public holidays, plus Boxing Day.
Orders placed on public holidays will be shipped the following business day.

Rush Orders and Special Deliveries

If you require a rush order, delivery to an area not listed below, delivery with multiple pieces, specifically timed drops they must be arranged by phone to accommodate, these have different delivery rates.

For deliveries outside of Vancouver, please order one day ahead.

Delivery Disclaimer

Our delivery fees are based on the delivery area. 

We need a 3 - 4 hour time slot that someone will be home between 10am and 6pm, or you can let us know if there is a place that we can safely leave the flowers in case no one is home.

If we can't reach the recipient - we'll always wait to make their flowers until we know they'll be there, unless we have the permission to leave them in a safe place.
